We're developing a support system for your local small business to address questions, issues, and ideas related to the local web.

Our immediate goal is to train the Assistant on our other resources to know what we know about:

plus, to teach it when and how to best involve a human in the process… Human-in-the-loop (HITL).

As a place to start and prototype this idea, we'll be enhancing our current AI chat assistant/bot, which is already live on our site.

In the future, we aim to extend it to your phone, smartwatch, or any device you prefer—with various interface options such as voice, motion, or text input + context aware. Also, maybe it does not need an always internet connection.
